WORK STRESS!!!

Dear Visitors,

I'm having a lot of stress at work.

How do you all cope?  I need suggestions on what I can do to calm down and not throttle my "boss" .

There I feel better if I pretend I'm Woodstock...............

Hello Mary! Just to let you know that someone is reading! I connected with your blog on Down To Earth blog. I'm a "neighbor" in WV! My eldest son is also a civil engineer, he's working for the city of Charleston,WV as a project engineer. Hope you have a nice winter and Merry Christmas! Elly from WV

Thanks so much for taking the time to say hello. I really appreciate it.

I've always been a fan of West By God Virginia as we call it!

Hi Mary,
Pretending to be Woodstock will definitely reduce stress, he's so cute :)

Have a relaxing weekend and thanks for visiting my blog.

Hi Mary.

My top stress relief tips are ... BREATHE - a couple of minutes deep breathing is very calming and rebalancing. Just breathe steadily and rhythmically, you can count your breaths if it helps .. and let all the tension release as you breathe out.

Also, there's a simple self help technique EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which uses meridian tapping, which is FANTASTIC. Google it or email me (my email is on my profile)for more info.
Hope that helps, X Ferris

Dear Mary I too feel a lot of stress. I find blogging and getting it off my chest, and hiking in my bush therapeutic. I am not sure how to handle a boss as I gave my job up 30 years ago.My job can be a little stressful also.I am my boss.Just think of the day you can say goodbye to said boss, your day will come Good luck.

Thanks Buttons! I am afraid that I would be a much harsher boss to myself. In fact, I know so. I really have a great working environment here I just get annoyed at the games men play.
